How to Use:
Step 1 - Unpacking, check the product and accessories are complete.
Step 2 - Open the cover of the HDD Enclosure and insert the hard drive into the hard drive case (docking SATA connector).
Step 3 - Tighten the screw (bottom screw hole), in order to fix the hard disk, slide the cover closed.
Step 4 - Connect the HDD Enclosure and the PC with the USB 3.0 cable. (USB data cable into the computer\'s USB 3.0 interface best)
OTB function:
Download and install OTB software first on your computer
After the product is inserted into the hard disk, connect the computer. After the computer reads the hard disk data normally, click the OTB button, the OTB software interface will pop up, and then the OTB function operates.

30 Days No Reason Return
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the product is still in brand new condition, we can arrange a partial refund, which will cover the price of the item minus the shipping fees. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@ebowsos.com and send your item to us
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

To return your product, you should mail your product to us
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
